The company offers great general health benefits. The company makes a generous contribution and matches 401k plans as well.

I was shocked. In interview I was told about great bebefits. I don't think having a 6000 deductible for 1 person is great, I think it's horrible. I worked on underwriting for a year . The work load was unbelievrable. 3 people working 1000 mph every single day. Apparently there used to be 6 people on the dept but when they left upper mgmt thought they didn't need to be replaced. The dept s are very ineven. A couple dept 's don't have anything to do so they laugh and talk every afternoon. Making the people overwhelmed mad....Raises come every 4 or 5 yrs.
Horrible benefits. they do pay half but high deductible makes it not worth it. Had to meet a 10500 deductible before anything was covered.
401K, Health insurance, paid time off, vacation paid.

None. Pay is bad, hours are bad, staff is bad and they are stuck doing things like they did in the 80's or earlier! They do nothing electronically.
