Horrible management and no incentives
Like previous comments and similar comments on Glassdoor, CEO hires family/friends. All directors are family members or friends. No incentives to stay long term. Raise after a year is minimal. Management thinks micromanaging is the way to manage a team/company. No HR Department, no employee catalog, constantly changing "HR" policies. Just a very negative and toxic experience, no wonder they're always hiring. Doesn't help that most students don't speak English, so your repeating yourself over and over.
