There are individuals who need to justify their positions in the organization. Understandable. But there is more to patient care than the bottom line. Patients deserve the best possible care available, not the most economical. I was a victim of "fiscal reconstruction". I out priced myself with more than 4 decades of experience and was forced to retire. - more... They never see the devastation their decisions create or the lives they ruin in pursuit of the almighty dollar. Although they were a nice place to work for a while, their administrative practices leave a lot to be desired. - less
