Mangement, especially in the medical group. The management can pretty much get away with anything - unfair treatment, etc. Way too much work is put on the staff with little to no support of help. Always shortstaffed.

Stop hiring the micromanagement, meaning practice administrators and coordinators just because they have connections and may know someone who gets them the job. Hire them because they are educated to do the job!
