Mangement, especially in the medical group. The management can pretty much get away with anything - unfair treatment, etc. Way too much work is put on the staff with little to no support of help. Always shortstaffed.

Poor management. Management seems to be more concerned about chasing the dollar at any cost. As a result the employees are treated like modern day slaves while the patients are treated like an assembly line.
