Worst company to work with they are money hungry they don’t care about their patients, apply for experience but do not stay long term. They will over book you and get mad if you do over time they expect us to work underpaid, anytime you ask for a raise they say they “can’t afford it”.
Dental Assistant in Oxnard, CA

I didn’t like working here; they over work their staff. They made it almost impossible to take time off. Emergencies did not matter to management. I personally don’t recommend working here.
Dental Assistant in Reno, NV

The pay is low compared to what other offices were paying in area. Coworkers are nice. No room for advancement. I always worked late. Raises were not given . It was a good place to get my foot in the dental field.

Rush environment, same day appointments which means 5 patients will be waiting for you without being told there is a wait time. Pts will be upset, management will not listen to your scheduling request. Pushed around like a disposable servant, no one is happy, under-staffed, lack of communication, Management is overworked, clinicians are overworked, underpaid.
