Orientation is not monetarily paid. They do however take care of your transportation to your orientation location, 2-3 meals during orientation depending on which terminal you're at, and lodging until you're in a truck. Flatbed gets $70/day for load securement and that goes on your first check after you're dispatched.

I've worked almost 2 years.There has NEVER been paid prehire orientation. Flatbedders get paid for load securement training (after orientation.)
