This company is concerned with the top management and no one else. They will fire you with no valid reasons and no notice. The staff lacks empathy and care, and being a company that provides mental health care, it should be top priority. Unless you are upper management, you are not treated the same. You will be moved around, placed in positions you did not ask for and were not asked if you would like, and you will be treated poorly for speaking up to anyone or standing up for what you believe if it goes against what upper management is concerned about. You are very replaceable. But you’ll get benefits and get paid. So choose what’s important to you.

I've worked for several agencies like this one and this one was the worst since the first week. There is zero professionalism in this top heavy environment. The residential supervisors are disrespectful and lack empathy in an environment where empathy should be precedent. The residential houses are poorly kept, and the client care is not a priority at this agency, but money is. The training is also very poor. Worst job experience ever.

Toxic work environment. Racist and sexist. Steer clear of this place. They promise a lot but they will not deliver. They practice overt racism with a predominant racial preference in management. Most raises are reserved for management. Front line clinicians, case managers typically only get 2k to 3k when they earn licensure.

WTCSB can be a wonderful environment to work in however it's really depends on your particular team and job. I have worked for a couple departments in this company and it's become apparently clear and management is definitely this company's biggest weakness. If you are a self-starter and able to work with little guidance and you should have no problems here.

One years employment with this agency has taught me more, not only professional /job specific skills, but also personal life management skills. It would be bias and rather nieve to say all program administrators conduct management and supervison of their teams alike across the board from what is heard in passing, but if from what I know and have encountered, you'll be forever grateful

I loved working at WTCSB. It was a great learning experience. I’d still be working there if I hadn't moved. Pay is well over minimum wage with great benefits. I’d strongly consider working there again if I ever moved back to the area.

The company serves a population with significant needs that would otherwise be ignored and invests in employee development. Compensation is fair for a public non-profit and includes flexible scheduling which has been very helpful with a young family. Management is supportive of addressing client care needs creatively. Overall, the opportunities for growth abound.

This has to be one of the most stressful, unloyal, backstabbing, lying, unorganized job I've ever had. The Cove is so improperly managed in various departments. Certain administrators lie to you in regards scheduling and general aspects of the job. They have several health concerns and you are put in some unsafe situations. Overall, there is no concern or care for the staff.

Do not work here!!!! They do not care about you if you are not at harbour view and possibly north gate. The pay is ridiculous. Find some where else to work if you are not a lpc. They do not want to pay their employees what they are worth. Run as fast as you can!!!!

WTCSB is a good place to work if you can deal with long, stressful hours and poor management. I loved working with the clients and some of the staff but management will kill it for you every time. However, the pay and room for making overtime is great.

WTCSB is a great place to work to get your foot in the door to pursue your hopes and dreams. They do offer incentives to individuals pursuing their license, but it comes with a price. The benefit of the company comes before the safety and betterment of their staff. I would not recommend anyone to work at this establishment if looking for a place to invest ma y years of work.

The work culture at WTCSB is very interesting you are more likely to get a promotion if you have a good rapport with the managers. It's not based on experience it is based on who you know. If you have been there for a long time you may or may not advance based on the culture. If you are not favored then you will not get promoted. Hard work will more than likely be unrecognized. In stead of hiring new people they overload their current workers and expect all tasks to be completed. It is a good place to work a year learn and move on. Training is lackluster and not specific to your job duties. No manuals or reference guides will be provided. Once you are hired and trained for about a week then you are expected to know EVERYTHING there is to know about the position without being taught about the position in it's entirety.

Directors are very degrading to employees. They create a racial discriminatory culture. You only get ahead if liked by management, qualifications do not matter. They do not train you for your position and will pull you from one position to another regardless of qualifications. Upper management likes to create a chaotic and hostile work environment. Pay increases are not tenure or merit based.
