Tuition Retirement (one employee was refused TR benefits even when she got an A in her class, so it's up to how much your boss likes you not what the company policy states). Health (expensive for people who actually have health problems), 41k, car reimbursement program (barely covers the cost of your travel). Commission up to $25k from base but the company does not issue your quota until mid point of the quarter, I feel like It was to cheat me from my quota. You don't get commission unless the new locations you signed actually brought volume. Base pay (very low in comparison to other companies), pay for your travel (company credit card).
