The company itsself isn't bad, the properties and how they are sold is. Sales runs EVERYTHING! After a while working there it no longer becomes about the guest as they lead you to believe. It is all about the bottom dollar and how much profit can be gained.

Yes there is a strict dress code, you cant have face piercing, colored hair has to be natural colors no crazy hair. men can't have long hair or ear piercing, tattoos can't be vulgar, shirts tucked in with belt they will send you home without a belt, slip resent shoes, face hair cant be long,and a lot more
