There is no support or training as promised. No recognition for anything done. Negativity is the mindset. It is always reactive never proactive.

I have a strong pride in telling ppl that I work for westgate resorts! especially after I saw how they took care of all the employees, from desk staff to off site marketing agents, during and after the fires in Gatlinburg. all 1100 of us were paid for 2 weeks during the cleanup and repair and there were several relocations offered and paid for by westgate.

This is not a workplace I would be willing to admit to having. I would rather be proud of a criminal record than an exemplary service record from this company.
