We generally have all the needed supplies to care for our residents!!! The residents are what is most important and being able to care of them without worry of not having wash clothes, towels, treatment supplies etc. is wonderful!

All of the staff are very down to earth, and friendly.

Overall from what I’ve experienced, I have no complaints. With COVID it’s hard to grade any healthcare facility. Everyone is just trying to keep their heads above water.

It's just sad don't come if you don't want decent money. Plus if you don't get vaccinated no job as of soon. No support and or help they don't teach or train you just expect you to know.

insufficient management throughout the company

managers are biased and were promoted based on friendships outside of work. good managers were overlooked and/or fired to make room for more people who wouldn't question the higher ups. unfair bias and workload between similar work positions which was promoted by managers and when called out on it, they fail to take initiative and would rather we get used to it. they seem to find complicated solutions for problems that have yet to exist and increase workload and stress among employees. they hire students in the dining department but because of classes and schoolwork they often call off and increase workload for the remaining team. they fail to hire sufficient help when asked by employees and unfairly move new employees into positions and departments that are not in need of help. managers do not communicate with each other and often gave contradicting tasks, they gossiped about each other in front of employees and broke down team morale, especially as good managers were fired off/left for more deserving jobs. the residents are amazing, but they recognize that management is terrible and while they try and advocate for the employees, they are often unable to do much as employees fear being chastised by managers for calling out their lack of leadership and skill.
