Good coop experience, but wish I would have been more outgoing on my own
As a coop, I felt like the team was there to help me, though lacked opportunities to learn directly from those with the knowledge that I needed for future jobs. I wish I had been more up front with that early on, things could have been easily remedied.

Staffing Issues and Terrible work/life balance
The job it’s self isn’t bad and fairly easy once trained. Just be prepared to work. There are staffing issues, high turnover rate, employees slack off. There’s no incentive to work hard. Raises every 6 months are about 30 cents. Working 12 days on and 2 days off. Make the most of your 4 days to yourself a month.

Poor management
No way to advance unless you are in their good ole boy system .would not post a weekend schedule unless the last minute , certain people received special privilege, work load was never equally distributed

Great pay, Awful culture/managment
Lured in by a headhunter with the offer of great pay, which was delivered. The office is extremely cliquey and if you aren't golfing with the bosses, you don't fit in. My customers and coworkers in other areas of the plant loved me, but my the CS managers and other account managers did not, so I was unable to thrive. In the end I was let go with no explanation other than "not a good fit for the company," even though I requested feedback. Having been contacted by customers after leaving who were upset and confused at losing me as their account manager, I am confident itnwas not a performance issue.

Need good work ethic/ show effort
Definitely run through employees all the time. All management really want from you is effort and your attention. They highly prioritize safety which is good. Great management on night shift atleast, don’t know about day shift. A lot of opportunity to move up to higher paying positions.
