Hopewell mill, lots of hours, management sucks and only cares about production numbers, safety is when convenient but preached constant, until your hurt then you’re jobless

Dreadful lasted 3 weeks. Make boxes and also change over plates and paint so much work not a moment to catch ur breath. Also insane temperature. This was in may and the floor was bubbling it was that hot. Coworkerso just stood around while you worked never asked if u needed help

I went into the office and was given a math and measurements test that I had to complete before sitting with the HR person to interview. Was asked various questions and was told about the company and pay and that it was a union. Was told I would be called the following week but was called 3 days later to interview with plant manager.
