Work environment is awful!!! Too much drama too much gossiping too much favoritism and the sad thing is even leads and management do it...they are the worst ones. Workers dating leads or higher postioned employees working on same shift so lots of favoritism. HR is useless at all times. Even when you have proof they will side with the bosses.

Make sure you enforce the amount of money you need. They take years and years and years for you to top out and make it to the top of the payscale. Get your payrate written in stone and make sure you set a topout date and have that in writing, as they will literally make you work years and years and years and years to top out. Alot of years you won't get pay raises. Het your contract details in writing. Everything and anythjng you want or require, be sure to square it all away and have it all written and get yourself a copy, as they will go back on their word.

I was contacted by an HR Rep for a phone screening. The next week had a phone interview with the hiring manager, during same call was scheduled for a F2F 3 days later.

Sweat shop. Avoid 2nd shift as possible. Wakefield ma. Supervisor can even speak English and very hard to understand ,all he know is pushing employees around. Again ,avoid 2nd shift as possible.

I had 1 face to face interview with HR and A manager there. Got called back for a 2nd interview which was really an assessment and a physical and drug screen.
