No life.stressful.working 12 hrs a day or 6 days a week or BOTH. They call each other brownies(who ever kisses more a**). Union does NOT care for you only collecting.

Hopewell mill, lots of hours, management sucks and only cares about production numbers, safety is when convenient but preached constant, until your hurt then you’re jobless

HR is hard to deal with. Very fire happy. Very anti Union and they seem to enjoy strife between employees. Very poor communication and only care about safety when someone gets hurt then they are subject to termination. Good pay but benifits have dropped. Hard to get insurance to pay what they should in a timely manner. Stressful work environment with a lot of hrs required.

Westrock is a World Class co. If you have the ability to be an A player you will do well.
Managent is like any other Business, they are all good leaders, great Management system with PE.

Winston Salem corrugated division is terrible. Low morale with dictator type management. No personal life.

In the Atlanta facility. Management at floor level is good in 2 out 4 departments. Finishing and Shipping department have great management and use of resources. Maintenance and cutting dept are sorely lacking leadership at management level. Ideas and information are gathered from crews but rarely used.
