This company/non-profit is so fake. You’ll love the team that you’re on. They have a contract through DMH, so prepare for them to add new assignments/duties to your role without notice.

Leadership is in need of extensive training. Leadership does not reflect the values stated during the interview process and is self serving. Quality staff leave as a result of the toxic work environment. Some leaders are good, but unfortunately don't possess the power needed to implement change.
