Your hours are 9-6 on paper however you are mandated to get to the building at 8am to do a "walkthrough." You then are asked to attend weekly meetings on Monday nights that can last until 9 pm or later and don't be surprised if you're asked to work on a weekend. You can choose not to, but you can also be fired if you don't kiss everyone's a _ _. GOOD LUCK!

Being short staffed. Working with pple who don't want to work,but that's almost every job that's out there you will find pple like that. I really don't have any complains. It's a very good company.

The interview process was very long and you have to be patient with them . But over all I had a phone interview and then had a face to face and hired right on spot .

Workflow is a constant firehose, it's a different fire drill every single week.

Hiring is inconsistent. They have hiring binges, freezes, and purges. You may not hear from them for months and then they offer you after a phone screen and one interview.
