Relatively weak work culture. A non-profit with corporate structure. Leadership out of touch with employees.
I worked at WGBH for two years. The work culture in my unit was dominated by a bully of a woman, who made the place terrible to work in unless you were a part of her inner circle.
The pay was far under market, the benefits, while reasonable, were not great.
To top it off, unit and company leadership were out of touch, and performance reviews - more ... were laughably useless.
All in all, not recommended. - less
