False promises, no room for upward mobility, vibe of a boys' club, there is poor communication and most information is hear through rumors.

Whalerock Industries is full highly motivated individuals that are extremely passionate about their personal job as well as the company goals as a whole. The culture is very open-minded to new ideas and extremely encouraging.

Productive and stimulating work environment
MySign.com - Executive Editor (Current Employee) –  Santa MonicaNovember 25, 2014
Lots of talented people at a company that really seems to care about their employees. Communication and cultural differences between upper levels of management and lower levels are noticeable. The company is at an interesting phase in growth, somewhere between start-up and genuine media company, with infrastructure and investment lacking in many areas.
Pros
creative work environment
Cons
overly focused on winning new clients and contracts instead of focusing on building existing brands
