Work with their schedules, sit with them and see where their coming from, make the day fun and joyful and hire people that are not in high school that can work mornings and have them train to take orders, dont depend on the same people cause thats whats driving them away.

There really isn't anything Whataburger can do, they're a 24 hour restaurant and they get some rude and unhappy customers a lot of the time. It's not something they can change.
