Job advancement for myself was quick, I got in early when the company was still learning and taking its first steps. Management does not know answers to crew questions. Employees do not have job security, they could be fired just because upper management does not like them. Policies and procedures are not enforced. It was a great financial opportunity, but the emotional, and physical impacts of the job were not worth the compensation. Great group of people who have good energy and are great to be around. Procedures and guidelines need to be put in place if they want to be known as a good company to work for.
