I would say it depends on what position you are going for. A regular security guard position it could take 2 weeks to get hired. You have to interview, take a drug test, interview at the client site and then go through training at the job site.

Two days is all it took for me. I had a PERC card already... Only bad thing is, now I see why they rushed me into the position. Very short staffed which means a lot of twelve hour shifts and overtime.
If positions are open, and have Texas State License you get hire immediately.
