These answers all seem like disgruntled low income white privilege boomers. Yes, there is a wide range of people from many different cultures but if you work efficiently you are taken care of. I'm in my late twenties, and I've seen much worse from past places I've been. They employees work hard and are usually friendly, high fives and compliment consistently if you do your job. The pay is good along with benefits day one! After 60 day you can transfer to another department if you would like to. Most people can't handle the first week either because of personal racist or cultural issues, or they just are physically unfit but if you just focus, think and do a very basic job it's great. There are over 3000 employees, and it's a good opportunity if you can be open minded and have a good work ethic.

People that leave say that drug testing is wrong, the pace is too fast, they should make ... 20$ an hr??? People that don't speak English shouldn't get help. It's crazy. It's a decent fast paced job if you can handle it. If your 50 and cant learn to work quickly in 60 days, yes, you probably won't make it but if you do your job it gets easy over time and pays well with good benefits. I wish they rewarded people more for ability and guess what? It's happening. They management seems to listen. Action may not be instant but with thousands of employees they have changed consistently in a good direction.

I left because of immaturity and seeing third world hires who couldn't fill out paperwork and I witnessed them covering mistakes, they were being Put first in line for all jobs and most Americans were being put last
