Change the bs point system they have...they wonder why they cant keep people..the people that should be let go complain about having to work an fall asleep on line...you have to use all of your pto up before your fmla kicks in...an whirlpool dont pay what they should by now..yea top may be 20 bucks an hr..but they make so make every year..an cant pay more then 20 an hr at top pay..when your a billion dollar company? Just dont add up..an it takes to long to reach top pay you shouldnt have to work 5 yrs to reach top thats another reason why people quit on them along with the new bs point system..but eveything changing to portable cell lines that takes less employees to run but NOBODY WILL BE LAID OFF OR LOSE THEIR JOB LOL

The personal performance rating system, PMP, is a forced ranking system that makes good people be rated poorly. It also means that teamwork suffers because you are pitted against the guy that sits next to you. PMP metrics should be based on measurement that are not personal and by a supervisor based in a remote location.

To be honest the CEO actually need to read the complaints about their products and maybe he can get a feel for what consumers are going through with their product. In fact, those "defective " product should be installed in the whirlpool workers houses, apartments, condos, cabins, etc and let them get first hand on how WE get treating like WE are unimportant and what WE have to go through and not allow them or anyone related or affiliated with them use "special privileges" when it comes to getting it fixed
