Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Licensed Practical Nurse in White Glove Placement, Inc.
Good place to work
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) (Current Employee) - Queens, NY - November 15, 2022
Good place to work but pay sucks. Lots of cases with families that are well equipped and prepared for a nurse to come into the home. They with with any schedule.

Pay was very good for new nurse. Flexability time off and keeping full time work
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) (Former Employee) - Lakewood, NJ - September 24, 2021
Pay was good and opportunity to learn on the job. The scheduling department was a bit pushy. Flexibility was difficult and emergency situation was met with a bit of hesitancy. Inability to obtain stable case full time was difficult. No health insurance and PTO. Work you get paid sick and can't work you're on your own. Have to wait to be scheduled for a available case. Living check to check. Will do everything possible to block unemployment benefits even with detailed medical documentation. I will say this good for additional income and if you are health thy and can hustle you can.make money. If sickly be cautious! No benefits to back you up till you can go back to work.
Pros
Pay
Cons
Flexability

Also, you have the opportunity to learn about the many different genetic disorders and how to direct person care tailored to each individual patient.
Pros
Many cases at different levels of care to choose from.
Cons
No union, 401k, school assistance, personal or holiday pay
