How many hours per week?

13 answers

60 +hrs a Week as a store manager, is riduculous. Don't ever be sick, your DM won't ever come in to cover for you and all other store are always short staffed as well as your own.
So you'll be left with no option but yo open the store and getting sick between helping customers. Even though youve reachvout to your DM numerous times and for days for coverage. Just to be told find your own coverage while your standing there with a high fever, sick to your stomach and barely able to move or talk. The last thing you want to do is try and make phone calls. Knowing NO oneat other stores can help you. They are short staffed to. But your DM shows up as planned to help with talent recruiting, but stays 10 minutes to look around and say she can't stay and gives NO REASON and leaves.

GREAT ROLE MODLE.

Not cool.

People come and go in tge business because of the low pay and making the staff have to buy and wear their CURRENT brands styles, otherwise you wear black MORBID BLACK all the time and in heals for 8+ hours for managers or havevthe part timers spend their earned money on their required WHBM clothes.

The ladies were awesome to work with but upper MANAGEMENT weren't helpful and had very ununrealistic expectations.

And offered NO help, NO resources, NO direction, just repetitive daily cheerleading on how to boost sales same thing every single day.
