Fun and fast paced

Extremely judgemental. Women judging each other’s bodies. I was constantly looked down on just because I’m skinny and young. Terrible environment.

It was fun and we have great selection for woman to wear to work/ date night.

Fast pace inconsistent

Depends on each store and its location. A good Manager brings in great staff. Where I work, the staff is amazing, hardworking and fabulous customer skills. Everyone supports each other. The way it should be, a wonderful place to call my second home. CONS, could improve the program in cash registers, make things a bit simpler, add shortcuts, e.g., when 2 receipts need to be printed out, you need to log back in, there shouldn't be a need to do this.

Environment can be unbalanced, rushed and lacking focus for the day.

They don't give Assistant Managers anything tangeble to work toward becoming a manager.
Theres not any positive enforcement to encourage there employees. We dont communicate with our district manager.

Face paced

Open, operate with integrity, understanding, drive for results, good work life balance
