Upper management not ideal

A lot of stress on the stores with most problems concerning not making sales being the cause of upper management, merchandising, or allocation problems. Company is aware of these problems but still makes unrealistic demands on managers at the store level and attempts to micromanage, taking away from the ability for us to effectively use our own skills as managers.
