This was my first kitchen job while in culinary school. One of my Chef's attended my graduation. I received a nomination for employee of the quarter once as well as several other acknowledgments to include "Manager's Pick," over the course of three years. When my father was deathly ill and eventually passed, I felt the love and support from HR and the entire kitchen staff. I really loved the flexibility in scheduling the diversity of the hospitality industry and meeting people from all of the world.
