I think White Pine Senior Living would do much much better if the current CEO and the rest of her family went with her. There are 2 daughters, the CEO’s husband, the CEO’s daughter’s boyfriend and a cousin. Employees have nobody to complain to because CEO has 2 daughters who work for the company and 1 of them is the Regional Manager, the other daughter also higher up. There is fear of retaliation if one complains. If current upper management and family doesn’t leave the community I don’t thine this company will be around long. They don’t know how to appreciate their employees or even just a thank you goes a long way. Most of the staff is young so they won’t be there for 2 long. Hopefully families will eventually see that the future of this facility is not good and place their loved one in another facility.
