Management does not care about the workers they only look out for themselves and every chance someone will try to write you up for some bogus reason
I enjoyed it for a while. But this employer doesn’t care much about their employees. All they care about is their “name”
They are good, some people work 8 hour days others work 12 hour shifts depending on the department that you work in.
Environment was Hostile. Once established you're there to actually work and not gossip. Skilled MD's, horrible Administration and egotistical staff*
I am currently in nursing school and worried about finding a job here straight out with an associates, is it hard to get an interview or position? I will be getting my BSN right after
Getting a position with an Associates degree is very unlikely to happen but an interview to volunteer and follow a nurse would probably be your best bet to see and learn if you really wanna apply your self to that field.
Called and phone interview with HR recruiter. In-person interview with HR, then group interview with manager, assistant manager, and nurse educator. They also mentioned usually giving a peer interview, with the exception of some applicants. I didn’t have the peer interview.
Previous experiences/skills used in previous experiences, any councils I’m a part of, familiarity with accreditation organizations, what my previous employers would say about me.
