My coworker was great and most of the other people are friendly. It's management that's just terrible. The sales dept must be amazing because operations is a train wreck.

I think working hours are based on employees and deadlines. If a employee doesnt like traveling and you send them out of town you may have issues with completion or deadlines. I didnt mind traveling and working but everyone is different.

Your technicians are you most valuable assets! Your biggest issue is management not going above and beyond. If your going to do company layoffs start at the top of each division. Keep your technicians and promote them into upper management, sales, designers, programmers, and etc. Also test your techs and see where they are out in there knowledge of AV. Also test them to see the best direction for him or her in the company. I also think before yo lay a employee off ask if he or she would considered relocating where you might need techs.

No you do not get paid for lunch breaks. You must take it exactly at your time or you will start to get messaged and told to go. It does not matter if you are handling an urgent matter or on the phone. You are micromanaged and incapable of making a decision of any kind on your own.
