Unfair toward labor and productivity. For example: Say an employee worked 8 hours a day, for $13 dollars an hour. Each day, he/she built 10 rooms. A co-worker, whom is paid the exact same, builds 6 rooms a day. The company in contract, request a minimum of 2 rooms a day. However both employees exceed the company's required builds. Whitlock would grant them with an exceeds in their annual review, with the same dollar raise.
Company has a great structure. Great Regional managers that will listen. Unfortunately, Regional managers hands are tied. Whitlock needs to have better training offerings for their their techs to be able to advance. Certain facilities that contract the field techs are horrible. One in particular out of Ft. Lauderdale, is one to be less desired.
great pay, work life balance.
Needs to back up their field techs and listen to their gripes.
