Poor job design and project Management, every job is a disaster in the making ! Always uncertain Design, uncertain Programing expectations , always under staffed on job sites and you travel for weeks at a time making work life balance next to impossible !
Company has a great structure. Great Regional managers that will listen. Unfortunately, Regional managers hands are tied. Whitlock needs to have better training offerings for their their techs to be able to advance. Certain facilities that contract the field techs are horrible. One in particular out of Ft. Lauderdale, is one to be less desired.
great pay, work life balance.
Needs to back up their field techs and listen to their gripes.
I was rarely confident that the manager I directly reported to had a strong understanding of the technical work I was required to perform. Very disorganized as a company--frequently was dispatched to client sites without adequate client information, details of prior A/V install, line drawings, etc.
