Work & Life Balance

Licensed Practical Nurse in Vero Beach, FL
on August 13, 2017
Nice place to work. Fast paced. Doctors and medical staff were professional and caring.
Nice place to work. Fast paced. Doctors were excellent in diagnosing and treating the patients. Medical staff were professional and caring. Typical day for me was setting up treatment room, assisting doctor, re-stocking/cleaning treatment room, scheduling patients chart review and assisting other nursing staff as needed.
Case Management in Fort Pierce, FL

This is not a place that you can see yourself building a career out of. Management sucks and has little to no guidance of their own. They pay well to keep staff no other incentives. It’s a revolving door that never stops moving.
Medical Assistant in Vero Beach, FL

The pay was great...the management not so great. Management was unprofessional most of the time. Many micro managers and very messy. Turnover rate was the highest I’ve ever seen. People quit left and right and got fired left and right. You will not advance here unless you are best friends with the manager or upper management. Don’t waste your time.
Administration in Vero Beach, FL

This organization appears at first to be a great place to work. Upper management is very unprofessional, poor communication and unorganized. They do not treat their employees well!!! Unless your “friends” with the CEO, then maybe you’ll have a bit of job security for a little while. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
Employee in Fort Pierce, FL
on March 12, 2020
Under current leadership, there is a serious power imbalance. Employees are afraid to speak up for fear of losing their jobs. Those who do speak up are demoted or let go. There is no CFO, no COO, no Director of Behavioral Health, no Director of Pharmacy, and no Director of Human Resources. Nobody except the CEO and her friend, the "Director of Compliance" have any decision-making power. "Director of Compliance" means a person who goes around and tells everyone they're doing their jobs wrong, when she actually has no idea what she's talking about.
