In my opinion, it is already a great place to work.
The leadership, favoritism....politics
I wouldn't show any favoritism toward anyone. I'd also give chances if someone made a mistake so they could learn from it. I'd also take employees complaints seriously and manage how the issue would be addressed.
Empower the employees to do whatever it takes to make sure the customer leaves satisfied
Use encouraging language and compassion.
I would let the leadership lead! Just cause one thing doesn’t work in another state doesn’t mean it won’t work in yours. Stop selling products the discontinuing them!
Accountability and better trained managers
I would make sure that all managers were not best friends and or dating. Too much nepotism and off the clock decisions made about people's careers. There are too many people in global that have no clue how to run an organization. They have been there a long time and know the right people.
Focus more on team members less on whiny customers.
I would allow people to be hired for a specific time frame. That way people aren't working at both 6am and 11pm from one day to the next.
