  • You will be lucky to get more than 50cents as a team member. You will only get a dollar or more unless you get a promotion and if you were a great crony.

  • At the interviews, I was told everybody gets $1 raise annually. After a year; nobody got a $1 raise except for people who were always in back office gossiping with store leaders, texting and meeting up with them outside work.
    If you are one of the chosen few, work is a breeze. Rest of us get tossed a few quarters raise because of things that were supposedly reported 6 mos ago but never brought to your attention.

    Do not count on getting more money, used as a reason to keep you there.
