I realize that there is whole lot to deal with to run a successful business, but during a company meeting we were asked if we had any suggestions or remarks, so after sometime with the company I raised my hand and was called on and I said there is absolutely no teamwork here and upper management standing in front of the 3rd shift crew who was seated said absolutely nothing, no reply whatsoever like I hadn’t uttered a word and moved right on as to ignore my statement. Something needs to be done to at least start to increase company morale, I’ve never worked anywhere like this place, you absolutely cannot reach HR by phone, you can call one time or all day long and leave a message every time and never will you get a return phone call, if I have a problem with my check I want to talk to someone about it. So you go away with the impression that it’s not their check so it’s not worthy of their time. And the fact that someone brand new starts at the same wage as someone who’s been there for a few years that’s hard to swallow. It could be a great place to work but it needs a whole lot of work.

As fast as you can possibly go and faster than that in some cases, on some of the processes they use three or more to make sure it’s handled correctly however on 3rd they reduce the number of employees on a particular process and expect the same or more output, just doesn’t make sense.

If you happen to be pulled over you didn’t want to make an officer aware of you being employed at WPS because you would be asked to get out of the vehicle and searched due to that fact alone, it’s happened multiple times.

The oil and water on the floor situation has improved dramatically, but some of the processes are so crammed together that employees are walking all over each other just to do what’s expected of them day in and day out. I’m not even going to get into how the rules don’t apply to everyone across the board, they pick and choose and I’ll leave it there
