The amount of paid time off (PTO) accrued varies based upon position held with Willamette Dental Group, years of service, and the number of hours worked each week. Our PTO accruals were recently updated, so currently most employees (who are not managers or dentists) and work 40 hours per week will accrue 120 hours of PTO during their first year. That increases to 160 after the first anniversary, and goes up again after 3rd and 6th anniversaries as well.

The length of the process varies depending on the type of position you apply for and how long it takes to complete each step. The standard process after applying includes phone interview with a recruiter, in-person interview with hiring manager, working interview for clinical positions, SkillSurvey reference checks, and a final background check before starting. All together this could take as little as 1 week, or as long as 3-4 weeks for certain positions, however our goal is to move through this process as quickly as possible to get people hired in a timely manner!
