Our clients love WTG because we help them solve the most complex problems and we do it with them as partners and we have the ability to go from strategy through all aspects of implementation. WTG is flexible about work/life balance and there are plenty of opportunities to learn/develop and network.

I have been working at WTG for almost 15 years. In that time, I have steadily advanced position, salary, and responsibility. I have been given ample freedom to suggest new ways of doing business, been given creative oversight on numerous projects, and have been given an opportunity to advance my skills over that entire period. I have a very good relationship with management and have always been encouraged to speak openly about problems and come up with workable solutions.
