Over all it was quite the learning experience and the whole time the people I worked with were nice and genuine and almost all were very knowledgeable. Eventually my co-op year ran out when I graduated.

Human Resources Assistant (Former Employee) – Williamstown, MA – November 19, 2017

Support Staff (Former Employee) – Williamstown, MA – September 19, 2017
Only alumni get to move around. Mgt treats support staff like they don't matter yet they can't get along without them. They pass good people over and hire from outside because they can pay less. Some managers don't have a clue about managing a team. If you get in and have college age kids, stay for that. But expect your self esteem and confidence to be stripped away.
My Alma Mater is one of the finest higher education institutions worldwide.

Research Assistant (Former Employee) – Williamstown, MA – March 4, 2017
I worked at Williams part-time while a student. There are endless job opportunities here in a variety of capacities. My view of this institution is from the perspective of a student here, but in general, Williams really cares for its employees.
One of the greatest experiences of my life. I learn to teach Spanish and get working in class experience

Maintenance Worker (Former Employee) – Williamstown, MA – December 21, 2016
After there mindset had changed to grow to a forbes 500 style company instead of a great place to work for local townies, williams college really became a job and not a career, really hated going to work after a few years here
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Special Academic Programs – April 24, 2016
Great support from Department Director. This department supplied excellent training in technology and website changes . Positive energy in the workplace and support for the quality of the college. There is plenty of diversity in the student body, which is fun to be involved with during the programs offered at lunch time and in the evenings.
Beautiful campus, excellent surrounding environment for eateries, museums, access to library and art museum
Library Volunteer (Former Employee) – Williamstown, MA – November 3, 2014
Williams college was a job I had while I was enrolled in college. Everyday I would go in retrieve books of the shelves for the different colleges, photocopy articles and fax them, open mail, clean, and file. The management was very understand as well very nice and easy to work with. The hardest thing about the job was it was just in the summer, but I enjoyed it cause I had a hard time in school.
Kitchen Assistant (Former Employee) – Williamstown, MA – March 25, 2014
I can't say enough about how I loved working in the kitchens here while I studied. The management was always incredibly accommodating of both the hours I needed to work as well as the ideas I wanted to bring to the kitchen. Rather than stifle my creativity, they allowed me to further advance well beyond a simple kitchen assistant. By the time I graduated, I'd been "promoted" to my own pizza station, and (provided I let the manager's know what needed refilling) I was allowed to create and cook any combination of pizza I or my fellow students wanted.
It got to the point where people would line up to come and see me cook. Working there felt more like being with family than anything else.
Incredibly Engaged Management, Great Camaraderie, Creative License, Friendly, Fun, Amazing
