Typical working hours of the service center is 8-7 EST depending on what client you are working for your hours may vary. Your shifts vary based on preference and business need. If the business is slow for the day they will solicit volunteers for Early out but they don't send anyone home that didnt request it. Typically you are scheduled between 32-40 hours, with a lunch between 30mins-1hr and 2-15 min breaks.

About two weeks, IF your computer is set up. Which in most cases it isn't. It takes about a month to have full access, during which you are told to watch outdated video tutorials. After you have access, you are not given much time to work out kinks of the software because of the training videos that are intended to guide you (again, very outdated). The rest is mainly making mistakes and having to learn from them.
