Really corporate, thinly staffed, too busy, poor management

It’s a good job if you like to work all the time; even on your time off during weekends. HR is a JOKE

High school atmosphere with cliques, especially within HR. Very inconsistent with policies. PTO is based on how much your hiring manager likes you. A 10+ year professional will start with 12.5 days of PTO and a new intern will start with the max of 14.5. Leave time is well under the standard for the industry.
