Great job, horrible coworkers.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) – Libertyville, IL – January 7, 2014
The job is great, and isn't hard. It's normal CNA work, and you really learn to love the residents. They've got four floors of residents, supposedly categorized (i.e. fourth floor is the alzheimer's and dementia unit).
Coworkers are terrible. They're always looking to start drama or talk about other people, even when you don't want to hear it (this includes nurses and supervisors). Also, none are willing to help you and make you feel dumb if you don't know what to do.
Most of management isn't so bad, and they're willing to find ways to help.
The best part of the job is definitely the residents, and pay isn't too bad.
