START TO FINISH. 1st you will be called by someone in HR department to schedule a face to face interview. You fill out a questionnaire while waiting. They interview you and if they like your answers they call you the following day to ask you to submit your background check and drug testing. Its time sensitive so you need to do asap. Then you wait to hear from them.
