Your drive and results determine your pay.
With this job, the harder you worked and more time you put into connecting with customers, led to a higher pay scale. The more appointments you’d set up, would mean extra money into your pocket. These are great incentives because it motivates the employees everyday to try harder to reach their target goal.

Didn't care for it
Pay is not what they say it is. With the average discounts you can expect 1% on jobs when you start. You will have 2000 a month your first month three months which sucked for me. When you start getting full commissions you can get 300$ on a 30,000$ sale. They decieved me with the pay scale. The process they teach is to discount 4 times which you will get a sale but end up with1-3% commissions. Peo...

To many lies from managers
Be careful working for these guys especially if your different race. They send you to all the low income areas where you can’t really make money. Make you drive over hr away to make no money. They make a lot of promises about making 200k plus. They have mail guys that make that much you just get scraps
