No Job security. Windstream’s policy is to lay-off staff every quarter. The remaining work just gets divided among the rest of the employees. No holiday bonuses. No increase in pay after 5 years.
Laid off after 17 years. No honest explanation was given as to why. Loved working for EarthLink but the company went downhill fast after the Windstream acquisition. Very sad to see.
Being pushed and faced with challenging things with no indication on how to do it. While being in the phone. Working day after day bad shift.

If your dispirit to have a job take it. But keep looking for a job. It’s a good and high chance you going to get laid off. I personally would not waist my time. The company not looking good and may not be around soon.

Resign. Treat employees like they are people. Be honest. Have integrity
Is the company only about sales only? Do you get fired for not reaching the sales goals?
Yes it is a sales job and will be put on action plan up to term if you can't make sales goal
