Laid off due to force reduction after 3 1/2 years. Have put in ten applications and all were urned back no longer in consideration- mayby they have some sort of bias in the company as all the others laid off and I know the current systems and need no training. Weird

No- hr and management don’t know what they’re doing. They do layoffs instead of lateral moves of employees then do hiring for the same positions having to retrain each time- that’s stupid as they just keep doing it over and over.
