The company over all was alright, I wouldn't call it the best company I ever worked for really. The management, meaning store management, was alright but there was a sort of social group which you had to fit in to survive. The district management, meaning Exxon it's self was baffling, the district manager often times had us doing strange and crazy things - more... for little to no real reason. When asked, she gave vague answers and often times they hindered us more than helped us as employees.

Consno breaks, too much work related drama, management hard to deal with, upper management strange and overbearing
