Ticket Agent in Lexington, KY
on June 26, 2023
My boss hated me and didn’t work with me on my disability until they saw what happened for themselves. I wasn’t respected or appreciated. Everyone I worked with was fake. I loved my job but I dreaded going to work because of the environment it is. You feel like everyone is out to get you and any mistake that happened they didn’t just talk to you about it, they would yell at you in front of passeng...
Operations Agent in PVU
on July 27, 2023
My station managers and upper management are horrible at communicating. The managers don’t enforce their rules and standards, they are easily offended when criticism is directed at them, and favoritism is a major problem. I have yet to receive a raise for a small promotion I received 8 months ago due to my manager not following the correct process and not following up with Human Resources in a t...
Commissary Agent in Eglin, FL
on June 10, 2023
Worked in the Commissary building during the summer of 2022. No air conditioning, temps could reach over 90 degrees inside. Full of insects at night when the lights were on. Management thought that giant fans are the answer. Extreme turnover, good ideas to make things better are not welcome. Employees didn't have access to golf carts to help get around the ramp, only the supervisors.
Ramp Agent/Baggage Handler in Lexington, KY
on May 15, 2023
Good place to work, schedule can be more than part time, great experience and always fun to be around the airplanes! An all around great work environment!
Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Vienna, OH
on May 1, 2023
Winner never has enough money to buy parts for aircraft’s so they never get out on time and customers are constantly leaving and finding other places to seek their business. Management is a joke and don’t know how to run a business and deposits from customers for their aircraft’s go missing all the time.
