Don't if you are a leader or a free thinker, or senior. If you are a junior/BA just starting out = good practice. NO ONE is acknowledged or rewarded for collaboration - instead its cut people out and demean them as as soon as one can, so credit be be kept to oneself. It is incessantly vertical, because Abid (who is an embarrassment) doesn't care where the revenue comes from. But, the verticals cut each other out, and don't allow cross-collaboration because of the book--keeping and politics.
